Job Title:Capture Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Capture Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all opportunity and sales activities, managing the capture process, developing the opportunity/capture plan, forming the core pursuit team, determining and prioritizing customer hot buttons and issues, assessing competitive position, determining discriminators, win strategy, solution set, initiating teaming agreements and small business plan, as needed, and actively participating in key Decision Gates. The candidate will also assist proposal writers/managers in organizing the proposal team, collaborate on proposal planning, development – help craft the sales message, ensure price, management, and technical volumes are consistent, respond to customer questions, assist leadership in customer negotiations, keep leadership well-informed, and help program/project manager transition to contract execution.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in capture management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
